Issuance rules
Flashy Gold is issued only against a funded source. There is no discretionary issuance, no yield, and no mechanism by which holding Gold produces more Gold.

The Charter's word for creating Gold is issuance, and it is always against a funded source. This site never uses “mint”, “token”, “coin” or “yield”.
