Why the answer is this clean
Flashy Gold is a balance on a ledger. It is earned through participation and redeemed for things inside the Flashy economy. It has never been tokenised, there is no supply schedule, and there is no mechanism by which it can be transferred to a stranger for consideration. All of that is stated with its reasons on what Flashy Gold is not.
This property does plan to publish to public blockchains — but what gets published is a 32-byte fingerprint of the record, once a day, proving the day's entries cannot be altered afterwards. That needs no contract and creates no token. How anchoring works explains the difference, and it is the difference an impersonator will try to blur.
