There is no blockchain today.
The ledger is a database with one write path. When a chain does arrive it will carry the record's fingerprint, not the asset: one Merkle root a day, committing to a snapshot anyone can reproduce. How that works →
It would move settlement finality off our infrastructure; it would not change how Flashy Gold is earned or redeemed, and it does not start until the exit criteria on the proof page are green.
